Returns and Refund Policy

Valetti Giaro offers a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Products must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is required to process any return.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at valettigiaro@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions by email. Return shipments must always be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

We work with multiple return locations worldwide and will determine the most suitable return option based on your location. Return instructions and details will always be provided via email and return addresses are not publicly displayed.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Returned items are donated to charitable causes through our sustainability partners whenever possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved. In some cases, we may offer complimentary size exchanges. If the item does not fit as expected, please contact us and we will review the possibilities. Exchanges for different products, colors, or styles require a return and a new purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated fulfillment process. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment shortly after purchase. If you notice an error in your order details such as address, size, or variant, please contact us immediately. While changes cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist if contacted quickly.

If cancellation is no longer possible, customers may return the order once it has been delivered in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include customized or personalized products, hygiene or personal care items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

European Union Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may return your purchase without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
